Continental 22827992 NOx Sensor Assembly

The Continental 22827992 NOx sensor is an exhaust gas nitrogen oxide monitoring device designed for Volvo Euro 6 heavy-duty applications. It provides real-time NOx concentration data to the engine control module for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system optimization. The sensor assembly includes a planar sensing element, integrated control module, and a 5-pin connector with 6 circuits. It operates at 24V DC and features a threaded probe for direct exhaust installation. The cable length is 890 mm. The sensor meets OE specifications for durability under thermal cycling and vibration.
