Kobelco 2445R363F1 Floating Seal Assembly

The 2445R363F1 floating seal assembly is engineered for Kobelco hydraulic excavator final drive motors. It comprises a duo-cone metal face seal set manufactured from forged alloy steel (100Cr6/GCr15/E52100) heat-treated to 58-68 HRC, paired with elastomeric toric rings in NBR, Viton (FKM), Silicone, or HNBR compounds at 60-65 Shore A hardness. The seal retains gear oil and excludes abrasive contaminants in track drive planetary gearboxes. Designed for 5,000-8,000 hour service life in severe silt and sand exposure.
