Kobelco LQ15V00020S067 Floating Seal Assembly

The LQ15V00020S067 floating seal group is a mechanical face seal (duo cone seal) designed for final drive and travel motor applications on mid-size hydraulic excavators. It functions as a lifetime seal to retain gear oil and exclude contaminants in the planetary hub assembly. Manufactured to OEM specifications with a hardened steel sealing ring and elastomeric toric ring. The sealing face hardness ranges from HRC 58 to 62, with working face precision within 0.015 µm and flatness of 0.1–0.2 µm. Rated service life exceeds 4,000 operating hours under normal conditions.
