Cummins 3615010-KP5H1 Aftertreatment Control Module Assembly

This Aftertreatment Control Module (ACM), also referred to as Dosing Control Unit (DCU), is designed for China V emission standard heavy-duty trucks. It integrates the control logic for the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system, managing urea dosing, heater strategies, and communication with upstream and downstream NOx sensors via CAN J1939 protocol. The unit processes exhaust temperature and pressure inputs to optimize NOx conversion efficiency while preventing ammonia slip. Calibration KP5H1 is specific to Dongfeng truck applications equipped with Cummins ISLe series engines. The housing is sealed to IP67 standard for under-chassis mounting durability.
