Hitachi 4206167 Main Hydraulic Pump Seal Kit

This main hydraulic pump seal kit is engineered for the Kawasaki HPV091 series axial piston pump used on Hitachi EX200-2 and EX200-3 excavators. The kit contains all necessary dynamic and static seals to rebuild the pump rotating group and control mechanism, including cylinder block face seals, piston slipper seals, shaft seal assembly, valve plate seals, and assorted O-rings for port and flange interfaces. Materials are high-grade nitrile (NBR) and hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR) compounds rated for mineral-based hydraulic fluids at continuous operating pressures up to 35 MPa and temperatures from -20°C to 120°C. The kit restores volumetric efficiency and prevents external leakage at the drive shaft and internal cross-port leakage. Direct replacement for Hitachi OEM kit 4206167 and pump assembly 9135950. Compatible with EX200-2, EX200LC-2, EX200K-2, EX200-3, and EX220-2 models equipped with HPV091 or HPV091DW main pumps.
