Hitachi HPV091EW Hydraulic Main Pump Repair Parts Kit

This hydraulic main pump repair parts kit is engineered for the Hitachi HPV091EW tandem axial piston variable displacement pump. The HPV091EW pump is utilized as the main hydraulic pump in Hitachi 20-ton class excavators. The kit contains critical wear components for overhaul including two cylinder blocks, 14 pistons, valve plate, head cover, servo piston with pin, drive shafts (left and right), and coil springs. The pump features a displacement of 90 cc/rev and operates at high pressure ratings typical for 20-ton excavator main circuits. Internal components are partially interchangeable with the earlier HPV091DW variant. This kit restores hydraulic performance and pressure integrity for the main pump assembly.
