Denso 90910-12259 Vapor Canister Purge Valve Assembly

The 90910-12259 is a 12V DC duty-cycle vacuum switching valve (VSV) designed for evaporative emission control (EVAP) systems. It features a normally closed solenoid configuration with a 2-pin rectangular female electrical connector and dual hose ports for vapor line routing. The valve body is constructed from glass-filled polyamide with a brass hex mounting base, engineered for resistance to hydrocarbon permeation and underhood thermal cycling from -40°C to 120°C. This component supersedes Toyota OEM part numbers 90910-12272 and 25860-31070.
