Sun Hydraulics DKDS-XHN Logic Element Cartridge Valve

The Sun Hydraulics DKDS-XHN is a screw-in cartridge logic element designed for hydraulic directional control applications. It features a direct-acting, balanced poppet construction with a vent-to-open (normally closed) control configuration. The valve fits the standard Sun T-21A cavity and is rated for a maximum flow of 60 L/min (15 GPM) and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5000 psi). Minimum pilot pressure required to shift the valve is 28 bar (400 psi). Maximum valve leakage is rated at 5 drops per minute between ports. The XHN configuration specifies Buna-N (Nitrile) seal material suitable for mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic oils. The cartridge weighs approximately 0.16 kg and installs with a 7/8 inch hex socket. This component serves as a direct replacement for Sandvik OEM part numbers 661123003 and 88509309 used in mining machinery hydraulic systems.
