Bosch Rexroth A8V55 Hydraulic Pump Repair Parts Kit

This repair parts kit is engineered for the Bosch Rexroth A8V55 variable displacement axial piston pump (bent-axis design), commonly installed in Hitachi crawler excavators. The kit restores hydraulic performance by replacing critical wear components including two cylinder blocks, fourteen piston shoe plungers, left and right valve plates, two retainer plates, eight disc springs, and a complete seal set. The A8V55 pump operates in open-loop hydraulic drive systems at displacements of 55 cc/rev per section with a maximum continuous pressure of 350 bar. This kit addresses pressure loss, internal leakage, noise, and cavitation damage. Components are manufactured to OEM dimensional tolerances using alloy steel and wear-resistant surface treatments.
