Kubota D1402 Valve Train Kit Assembly

This valve train kit is engineered for the Kubota D1402 series 1.4L (1,395 cc) three-cylinder, water-cooled, naturally aspirated vertical diesel engines. The kit addresses both indirect injection (IDI) and direct injection (DI) combustion chamber configurations. IDI variant valve diameters are 33.5 mm intake and 29 mm exhaust; DI variant diameters are 37 mm intake and 32 mm exhaust. Valve lash specification is 0.178-0.229 mm (0.007-0.009 in) cold for both intake and exhaust. Firing order is 1-2-3. The spherical type combustion chamber utilizes a Bosch K-type mini fuel injection pump with DN12 SD12 nozzles. Kit typically includes six valves (three intake, three exhaust), six valve guides, six valve seats, valve springs, stem seals, and spring retainers/keepers. Designed for engine overhaul and cylinder head rebuild applications. Compatible with Kubota D1402, D1402-B, D1402-DI, and D1402BA engine models. Primary equipment applications include Bobcat 643 and 743 skid steer loaders, Kubota L2550, L2550DT, L2650DT, L2650F compact tractors, Kubota KH-66, KH-91 excavators, Mustang 342, New Holland L455, and Scat Trak 1000HD.
