Kubota V2607 Intake Exhaust Valve Kit 16 Valves

This valve train kit is engineered for the Kubota V2607 series 4-cylinder vertical water-cooled diesel engines. The kit contains 16 valves total: 8 intake valves and 8 exhaust valves manufactured to OEM dimensional standards. Intake valves are constructed from heat-resistant silchrome steel alloy; exhaust valves utilize high-temperature nimonic or inconel alloy with stellite-faced seats for thermal fatigue resistance. All valves feature chrome-plated stems for wear reduction and precise guide clearance. The kit includes matched valve springs (double coil with damper), spring retainers, valve locks (collets), valve stem seals (fluoroelastomer/Viton), and spring seats. Components are designed for direct replacement during cylinder head overhaul or valve job service. Valve stem diameter is 6.0 mm; intake valve head diameter approximately 36.5 mm; exhaust valve head diameter approximately 30.5 mm. Cold valve clearance specifications: intake 0.13-0.17 mm, exhaust 0.18-0.22 mm. Compatible with engine variants V2607, V2607-T, V2607-DI, and V2607-CR Tier 4 Final.
