ESIKS ES36622 Swivel Joint Seal Kit

The ES36622 swivel joint seal kit is engineered for the hydraulic center joint (rotary manifold) of the Doosan DH150W-7 wheeled excavator. It restores sealing integrity between the rotating upper structure and stationary undercarriage, preventing hydraulic fluid leakage to the travel motors. The kit includes precision-molded O-rings, backup rings, dust seals, and wear rings manufactured from nitrile rubber (NBR), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyurethane compounds. Materials are selected for compatibility with mineral-based hydraulic oils (ISO VG 32/46/68) and resistance to extrusion at system pressures up to 35 MPa. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for Doosan OEM kit 2480-9022KT, the kit covers all sealing interfaces of the swivel joint assembly. Installation requires standard hydraulic tooling and cleanliness protocols per ISO 4406. Service life matches OEM intervals under normal operating conditions of -30°C to +120°C.
