Hyundai G4NB 1.8L Long Block Engine Assembly

This long block assembly is engineered to OEM specifications for the Hyundai Nu family G4NB 1.8L naturally aspirated gasoline engine. The assembly comprises the aluminum cylinder block, forged steel crankshaft, aluminum pistons, connecting rods, aluminum cylinder head with dual overhead camshafts, 16-valve D-CVVT valvetrain, oil pan, and valve cover. It excludes intake manifold, exhaust manifold, ignition system, fuel injection system, and ancillary accessories which must be transferred from the original engine. The G4NB features a bore of 81 mm and stroke of 87.12 mm with a compression ratio of 10.3:1. Produced initially at the Ulsan plant from 2010 to 2016, production later shifted to China for the Mistra model. Designed as a direct replacement for worn or damaged cores in compatible Hyundai and Kia platforms.
