ComAp IG-NTC-BB InteliGen NTC BaseBox Controller

The ComAp InteliGen NTC BaseBox (order code IG-NTC-BB) is a comprehensive paralleling generator set controller designed for single or multiple diesel gen-sets operating in standby or parallel mode. It supports complex systems including combined heat and power (CHP) and gas engine control. The controller features true RMS measurement for voltage, current, and power, a built-in PLC interpreter for customizable logic, and a detachable colour display (InteliVision 5 or 8) for local visualization. It provides advanced power management functions such as synchronisation, active and reactive load sharing, AMF mains failure, baseload, and peak shaving. Communication capabilities include RS485, Ethernet with Modbus TCP, USB, CAN bus, and support for remote monitoring via AirGate and WebSupervisor. The unit is DIN-rail mountable and suitable for switchgear applications in critical infrastructure such as data centres, hospitals, and banks. This controller has been succeeded by the InteliGen 1000 series but remains in service for existing installations.
