Kipor KM2V80-02100 Complete Cylinder Head Assembly

This cylinder head assembly is engineered for the Kipor KM2V80 V-twin, four-stroke, water-cooled diesel engine. The assembly includes the cylinder head casting, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, retainers, guides, and seals. Designed to OEM specifications for direct replacement on Kipor KDE12STA3, KDE12EA3, KDE12STA, and KDE12EA generator sets. The KM2V80 engine features a 794 cc displacement with a swirl pre-combustion chamber system. Cylinder head bolt tightening torque and sequence must follow the manufacturer's main adjusting specifications to ensure proper sealing of the cylinder head gasket and maintain compression ratio integrity. The head manages coolant flow passages and valve train geometry for the overhead valve configuration.
