Plot MAM-870 Compressor Controller

The MAM-870 is a microcomputer-based control panel designed for fixed-frequency screw air compressors. It operates on a 16-28V DC power supply with a maximum power consumption of 10W. The unit provides comprehensive motor protection including overload, open phase, current unbalance, high voltage, and low voltage detection, as well as fan overload protection. The controller features an LCD display module measuring 32 x 98 mm with a visible area of 15 x 49 mm. It offers 8 digital inputs, 5 relay outputs, 3 switching value outputs, one 4-20mA pressure transducer input, and one PT100/PT1000 temperature sensor input. The housing is constructed from plastic with an IP50 protection rating. Mounting cutout dimensions are 156.8 x 93 mm. It supports both local and remote control modes with independent or linked operation for single or multiple compressor systems.
