JLG 4640495 Counter Balance Valve Assembly

The JLG 4640495 is a cartridge-style counterbalance valve designed for load-holding and motion-control functions in hydraulic circuits of JLG aerial work platforms. It provides pilot-assisted relief to prevent uncontrolled cylinder descent and ensures stable load handling during boom and scissor lift operations. Constructed with hardened steel internal components and corrosion-resistant plating, the valve fits standard cartridge cavities used across JLG scissor lift models 500RTS, 400RTS, 260MRT, M3369, 3369LE, 4069LE, M4069 and boom lift models 40H, 60H, 80HX, 86HX, 120HX, 70H, 80H, 45HA, 60HA, 40HA. The valve is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 2500 PSI (172 bar). Seal kits are available separately for field maintenance.
