The 90-665380 blow down valve is a pilot-operated solenoid venting valve designed for rotary screw air compressor unloading and pressure relief cycles. It functions as a critical component in the compressor regulation system, releasing sump pressure to atmosphere during unload mode to reduce power consumption and prevent over-pressurization. This valve assembly features a bottom-plate loading configuration compatible with Hoerbiger VVF20, VVF15, VVL10, and VVF10NO series valve blocks. It serves as a direct interchange for OEM installations on Fusheng Hoerbiger, Atlas Copco, and Ingersoll Rand screw compressor packages. Constructed with industrial-grade brass or stainless steel body and fluorocarbon (FKM) seals for high-temperature compressed air service up to 13 bar operating pressure.
