Vickers DG4V-3-0C-M-U-G7-60 Directional Control Valve

The Vickers DG4V-3-0C-M-U-G7-60 is a solenoid-operated, direct-acting directional control valve designed for subplate mounting to ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3 / NFPA D03) standards. It features a 4-way, 3-position closed-center spool (0C) that blocks all ports in the neutral position, providing secure load holding. The valve utilizes a wet-armature solenoid design for extended service life and low switching noise, rated for continuous duty (ED 100%). Maximum operating pressure at ports P, A, and B is 350 bar (5075 psi); tank port T is rated to 210 bar (3045 psi) for DC coils. Rated flow capacity is 80 L/min (21 US gpm). The G7 coil designation indicates 12V DC, 30W power consumption with ISO 4400 / DIN 43650 plug-in electrical connection. Spring-centered return ensures fail-safe neutral positioning. Compatible with mineral oil, water-glycol, and phosphate ester fluids (with appropriate seals). Interchangeable with Rexroth 4WE6 and Yuken DSG-01 series valves.
