Vickers DG4V-3-8BL-M-U-B7-60 Directional Control Valve Assembly

The Vickers DG4V-3 series is a direct-acting solenoid operated directional control valve designed for subplate mounting to ISO 4401-03 (CETOP 3 / NG6 / NFPA D03) standards. The valve controls the start, stop, and direction of hydraulic fluid flow in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. It features a wet-armature solenoid design for low switching noise and extended service life, with no dynamic seals on sliding surfaces to eliminate leakage concerns. The DG4V-3-8BL-M-U-B7-60 configuration utilizes an 8BL spool type (4-way, 3-position, spring centered), manual override, U-type coil with integrated connector, and 24V DC 30W high-performance coil rating. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar (5075 psi) on ports P, A, and B, with a tank port rating of 210 bar (3045 psi). Maximum flow capacity is 80 L/min (21 US gpm). The valve body is constructed from high-strength cast iron with phosphate coating for corrosion resistance. Standard seal material is Viton (FKM) for compatibility with mineral oil, water-glycol, and phosphate ester fluids. Coil connector options include DIN 43650, Deutsch DT04-2P, AMP Junior Timer, M12, and flying leads. The design series 60 incorporates improved pressure drop characteristics (minimum 2.5 bar at 30 L/min) and a wide range of coil voltages and power options.
