Sun Hydraulics PBDB-OBN Pressure Reducing Valve Cartridge

The Sun Hydraulics PBDB-OBN is a pilot-operated, screw-adjustable pressure reducing valve designed for installation in a T-11A cavity. It reduces a high primary pressure at the inlet (port 2) to a consistent, adjustable lower pressure at the outlet (port 1), with the spring chamber drained to tank (port 3). The valve features a hardened steel poppet and cage construction for minimal leakage and long service life in contaminated hydraulic environments. Standard configuration includes Buna-N seals and a pressure adjustment range of 3.5 to 210 bar (50 to 3000 psi). Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar (5000 psi). Rated flow capacity is 40 L/min (10 GPM). Installation torque for T-11A cavity is 60-70 Nm (45-50 ft-lbs). This cartridge is interchangeable with Winner Hydraulics PB-11A-30-B-KF and various aftermarket replacements.
