The General Pump TS2021 is a T Series 47 triplex plunger pump designed for commercial and industrial pressure washing applications. It features a nickel-plated forged brass manifold with an exclusive lifetime warranty, heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, and oversized connecting rods for maximum service life. The pump utilizes a 24 mm solid shaft for belt drive or gearbox configurations, operating at 1450 RPM for 5.6 GPM flow at 3500 PSI, or 1125 RPM for 4.5 GPM flow at 3500 PSI. The die-cast anodized aluminum oil-bath crankcase holds 40.6 ounces of oil to reduce operating temperature and wear. Ceramic plungers (20 mm bore, 16 mm stroke) ensure durability against abrasion and corrosion. Inlet port is 1/2"-14 BSP-F, discharge port is 3/8"-19 BSP-F. Maximum fluid temperature is 165°F (74°C), maximum inlet pressure is 125 PSI. Minimum horsepower requirement is 11.5 brake HP (17.3 HP for gas engines). This pump serves as a direct replacement for Interpump WS202 and is factory-installed on equipment from manufacturers including Karcher, Hotsy, Landa, Kodiak, BE Power Equipment, and Seattle Pump.
