Volvo 21542714 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor

The 21542714 is an exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor designed for Volvo and Mack heavy-duty diesel engines equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) aftertreatment systems. It provides real-time exhaust temperature data to the engine control unit (ECU) for precise control of diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration and NOx conversion efficiency. The sensor features a 14 mm x 1.5 mm male mounting thread with a 90-degree probe angle and a 6.5 mm tip width. The electrical interface uses a rectangular black female connector housing two male pin terminals. The wire harness length is 600 mm with two conductors.
