HydraForce SP08-20M-0-N-24V 37L20 Proportional Cartridge Valve

The HydraForce SP08-20M-0-N-24V 37L20 is a solenoid-operated, direct-acting, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type proportional screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Designed for low-leakage blocking and load-holding applications, it operates as a check valve when de-energized allowing free flow from port 1 to 2 while blocking reverse flow. When energized, the poppet lifts proportionally to input current to open the 2 to 1 flow path. The valve fits the industry-common VC08-2 cavity and uses Size 08 (1/2 inch hole) continuous-duty rated coils. Maximum operating pressure is 241 bar (3500 psi) with a flow rating of 22 LPM (5.8 GPM). Internal leakage is limited to 10 in³/min at 207 bar (3000 psi). Operating fluid temperature range spans -40 to 120°C (-40 to 250°F) with Buna N seals. Cartridge installation torque is 33.9 to 40.7 N-m (25 to 30 ft-lb). This valve serves as direct replacement for Genie OEM part number 229615GT used on GS-4047 and GS-4046 scissor lifts, and Snorkel part number 6019357. Compatible with general purpose hydraulic fluids.
