Sun Hydraulics CBCA-LHN Counterbalance Valve

The Sun Hydraulics CBCA-LHN is a pilot-operated, 3-port counterbalance valve designed for load-holding and motion control applications. It features a 3:1 pilot ratio and standard capacity rated at 60 L/min (15 GPM). The valve fits the Sun T-11A cavity and offers an adjustable pressure range of 70 to 280 bar (1000 to 4000 PSI) with a standard check valve cracking pressure of 1.7 bar (25 PSI). This cartridge valve provides free flow from port 2 (valve) to port 1 (cylinder) while blocking reverse flow until pilot pressure is applied at port 3. The pilot-assisted relief function controls overrunning loads safely. It is constructed with a floating-style design to minimize binding due to installation torque variations. Standard seal material is Buna-N (NBR); Viton options available. Primary OEM application includes Haulotte towed electric articulated platforms (part number B02-04-0106).
